Up to 64 users per location

TalkSwitch covers up to 32 traditional phone lines, 32 VoIP lines and 64 local extensions per location. With a modular architecture and intelligent networking capabilities, TalkSwitch flexibly fits a wide variety of office configurations and protects your investment as you grow.

A TalkSwitch system can be expanded by upgrading units or networking units together.

Networking TalkSwitch

You can combine up to 4 units, adding up the lines, extensions and VoIP trunks:



The networked system also has all of the remote extensions and voicemail boxes of the individual units combined. New units added on the network automatically find your existing system and clone your established configuration settings. The networked units work as a single, unified system.

TalkSwitch plugs into your LAN with standard Ethernet cabling. TalkSwitch VS models can all be networked together, as long as they're all running the same version of the TalkSwitch software. VS units can also be networked with TalkSwitch 48-CA and 48-CVA units.

Upgrading TalkSwitch

Many TalkSwitch models can be upgraded to add capacity. TalkSwitch upgrades come in several capacities:

To upgrade a TalkSwitch unit, you remove the lid and add an upgrade board. It's a relatively simple operation, and the circuit boards come with easy instructions. Your TalkSwitch reseller can also install upgrades for you.
