Terms and Conditions
You must purchase the TalkSwitch Power Pack(s) between July 15, 2008 and August 31, 2008 to be eligible for the rebate. The promotion is available in U.S. and Canada only. U.S. purchases will be rebated in U.S.$, Canadian purchases will be rebated in CDN$. If Power Pack(s) are purchased through a reseller, TalkSwitch must receive your rebate form and a copy of your invoice by September 30, 2008. Claims received or postmarked after September 30, 2008 will not be processed. Rebate applies only to purchases that include one of the full combinations of products below. No substitutions to the Power Packs will be permitted under any circumstance. All products in the Power Pack must be included on the same invoice.
