This phone is great! It does everything you need it to. conference, transfers, calls within your phone system that don't tie up phone lines. Have multiple locations communicate with each other via IP!!

This phone is simple and easy to use. I have used them in an office environment several employees and have also placed them throughout the departments of a supermarket. This model is a great choice for someone who wants a reliable phone without all the bells and whistle's of the more advanced models. I will continue to buy these when needed for expanding.
Great all around system
